It is a beautiful complex, with three receptions, two entries, one in Calle Helsinki, and one in Calle Agando, with 2 heated swimming pools, one for adults and one for children.

All apartments have beautiful views, as the complex is built in such a way as to allow every single apartment to have a beautiful view. There are lifts to all floors: 2 main lifts in the main reception (Calle Helsinki) and 15 other lifts in all the other sectors.

There is a receptionist, and a very effective 24 hour video surveillance (over 20 cameras installed everywhere), and several employees (check the personnel page).
